SWEET RED PEPPER SAUCE WITH ONION 200g
The ingredient that makes the difference in this rich sauce is the onion. Our region of Western Macedonia is famous for its onions of exceptional sweetness and quality. Mixed with the rest of the vegetables - sweet red pepper, aubergine, tomato and garlic - they simmer in extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar and black pepper. The result is a classic Mediterranean sauce.
